Abstract
The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.
Using a registered data set - 'QLD DNRM Coal seam gas well locations - Queensland' (GUID = 1d384da2-cf6a-46e9-b521-3c19d8072b63)' these are a selection of proposed and drilled coal seam gas wells to illustrate the distribution of coal seam gas exploration and development in available Queensland. The location of proposed drill holes has not been validated by survey, and clients are directed to contact the relevant company with any queries they may have as to their location.

Dataset History
Selected wells were defined by using the 'Select by location' tool in ArcMap.
