EDNA data for Crown of Thorns Seastar (Acanthaster cf. solaris) - CCIP-D-03

AIMS developed an eDNA based methods to detect and quantify CoTS. The data included here include field data from initial method development as part of AIMS appropriation, and later testing through several CoTS Control Innovation Program (CCIP) projects. Data consist of filtered water samples, in most cases collected with 12 replicates at three sites per reef.

PCR1_conc: CoTS eDNA copy number per L water filtered, first technical replicate

PCR2_conc: CoTS eDNA copy number per L water filtered, second technical replicate

Conc_mean: CoTS eDNA copy number per L water filtered, averaged over both replicates
