Simulation output for estimating pest prevelance through trap catch at the site-scale

This data collection contains simulations for site-scale pest movement, simulating trap catch given pest and trap parameters. These simulations are the data frames used for the manuscript: Gladish DW, Kaye L, van Klinken RD. (Submitted). Estimating site-scale pest prevalence from trap catch through simulation.

This collection contains two csv files: random_df.csv and cluster_df.csv. random_df.csv contains simulation output for the random distribution case as described in Gladish et al. (submitted) while cluster_df.csv contains simulation output for the clustered case.
