IMOS SOOP Underway Data from AIMS Vessel RV Cape Ferguson Trip From 31 Aug 2014 To 22 Apr 2017

'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Cape Ferguson Trip .

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Seawater Intake Temperature at 1.9m from 31 Aug 2014 through to 02 Sep 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a SBE 38 remote temperature sensor manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 38.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Salinity at 1.9m from 31 Aug 2014 through to 02 Sep 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a SBE 21 conductivity cell manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 21.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Turbidity at 1.9m from 31 Aug 2014 through to 02 Sep 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT.

Instrumentation was deployed for measuring Fluorescence at 1.9m from 31 Aug 2014 through to 02 Sep 2014, and the installation was located at/on RV Cape Ferguson. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT.
