Library Customer Satisfaction Rating 2022

Public consultation regarding the Library Customer Satisfaction Rating 2022 ran from Monday 11 April through until Monday 2 May 2022, which gathered valuable community feedback on the service delivery and customer satisfaction of Townsville CityLibraries.
