The Climate Change Fund (CCF) was established in 2007 under the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987. This is the second Annual Report for the NSW Climate Change Fund, covering operations during the 2008–2009 financial year. It includes details of funding allocations and analysis of performance for each of the Fund’s water and energy programs.
