Proposed upgrade of Hoxton Park Road (MR 681), Hoxton Park: Cowpasture Road to Whitford Road: review of environmental factors

Hoxton Park Road is being upgraded in stages between the Hume Highway and Cowpasture Road. The project examined in this report is the section between Cowpasture Road and Whitford Road at the western end of Hoxton Park Road where a four lane, divided road, is proposed to replace the existing two laned road.
