Residential Land Bulletin

The Residential Land Bulletin is a publication produced by the Spatial Analysis and Research Branch of the Dept of Planning and Community Development. It monitors the number of residential lots at various stages of the land development process from planning application stage through to dwelling approvals, for each of the municipalities in metro Melbourne.
